Q: Who is eligible to vote?
A: Every member who is an active member of the KC Chapter according to the December BMWCCA roster can vote.  If a member becomes active after the roster is published, an original BMWCCA membership card showing membership number and active membership will be accepted.  Any  person not active according to the BMWCCA December 2008 roster or a valid membership card cannot vote. (see BMWCCA Op Manual 2.13.9)

Q: In what formats can I vote?
Only paper ballots with completed name, address, and signature fields will be accepted.  They can be mailed or delivered in person to the Election Committee Chair at the Dinner Event in January.  To ensure tracability, email, website, or other online voting methods will not be offered or honored. (BMWCCA Op Manual 2.13.6, 2.13.9)

Q: Where can I get a ballot?
A: A ballot will be mailed to all active members of the KC BMWCCA in the November / December Milepost.
    A ballot (in PDF form) can be downloaded in from the KC BMWCCA Election webpage.

Q: Can BMWCCA Associate Members vote?
A: Yes. (see BMWCCA Op Manual 1.5.9, 2.13.9)

Q: Can BMWCCA Associate Members be nominated for and hold a Board position?
A: Yes.
